BY ENTERING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND THAT IT IS LEGAL FOR YOU TO VIEW, ACCESS, AND INTERACT WITH ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR AREA. ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR INTERPRETATION FROM TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL AND REMAIN THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge entering a digital space that may contain adult-themed content, including but not limited to explicit videos, live streaming shows, interactive chatrooms, and other sexually suggestive user-generated materials. You understand that this content may be explicit or offensive in some regions or cultures, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure your access complies with local laws. If such content is illegal or restricted where you live, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continuing use means you confirm you’ve independently checked the legality and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Platform does not actively verify the legality of access for each user beyond reasonable compliance checks. Therefore, all jurisdictional risks remain with you, the User. --- LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND PARTIESThis Agreement is a binding legal contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (the "Company"), and any person or entity accessing or using the Platform (the "User"). This Agreement covers all use of Cameralux, including all websites, apps, APIs, and services managed by the Company worldwide, subject to local laws that cannot be excluded by contract. The User agrees that this Agreement is entered into electronically and that such acceptance is legally binding. --- 1. Performer: Any person or entity offering content or services through the Platform, including Models and Studios. Model: An individual who produces or performs adult content distributed via the Platform. Studio: A legal entity or individual responsible for managing or coordinating one or more Models. Member: Any end-user who accesses, watches, interacts with, or purchases content or services. Services: All digital features, including live broadcasts, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content delivery. Digital Service: An electronically delivered service consumed in real time or near real time, including interactive sessions. Content: Any audiovisual, textual, or interactive materials available on the Platform. Jurisdiction: The legal area whose laws govern the User based on location or residence. These definitions are to be interpreted broadly to ensure legal consistency and enforcement. --- 2. PLATFORM NATURE (LEGAL POSITIONING)Cameralux functions solely as a technology platform providing infrastructure and tools enabling consenting adult Users to interact. The Platform does not create, control, or edit content. All content is independently generated by Users. The Company does not:

PAYMENT FRAMEWORK AND DIGITAL TOKEN SYSTEMCameralux uses a closed digital token system to securely and compliantly facilitate transactions between Members and Performers. Members buy digital tokens via approved payment methods instead of purchasing content directly. Tokens are then used to access Performers’ services. Tokens are not currency, electronic money, stored value, or financial instruments. They give a limited, non-transferable right to access Platform services. Tokens have no value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Company may change the token system, pricing, or exchange rates anytime, without affecting already purchased tokens. --- 26. Robust compliance tools like age checks, fraud prevention, data protection, and payment security uphold trust, transparency, and integrity. Cameralux clearly distinguishes its role as a tech provider from the independent activities of Users and Performers. This distinction ensures legal clarity, operational efficiency, and proper responsibility allocation. Users and Performers must act in good faith, obey laws, and follow this Agreement. Misuse or violations threaten Platform integrity and may lead to enforcement actions. By continuing to use Cameralux, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept this entire Agreement, including all policies and responsibilities. This Agreement is the full and exclusive statement governing your Platform use, replacing all prior agreements. If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as broadly as possible, with all other terms remaining effective. Cameralux reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. |
