YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND OF LEGAL AGE IN YOUR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY TO ACCESS, REGISTER ON, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM. BY ENTERING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND THAT IT IS LEGAL FOR YOU TO VIEW, ACCESS, AND INTERACT WITH ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR AREA.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR INTERPRETATION FROM TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL AND REMAIN THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge entering a digital space that may contain adult-themed content, including but not limited to explicit videos, live streaming shows, interactive chatrooms, and other sexually suggestive user-generated materials.

You understand that this content may be explicit or offensive in some regions or cultures, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure your access complies with local laws.

If such content is illegal or restricted where you live, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continuing use means you confirm you’ve independently checked the legality and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform does not actively verify the legality of access for each user beyond reasonable compliance checks. Therefore, all jurisdictional risks remain with you, the User.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND PARTIES

This Agreement is a binding legal contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (the "Company"), and any person or entity accessing or using the Platform (the "User").

This Agreement covers all use of Cameralux, including all websites, apps, APIs, and services managed by the Company worldwide, subject to local laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

The User agrees that this Agreement is entered into electronically and that such acceptance is legally binding.

To ensure clarity and enforceability, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

Platform: The Cameralux system, including all digital interfaces, applications, servers, streaming infrastructure, and related technology managed by the Company.

Performer: Any person or entity offering content or services through the Platform, including Models and Studios.

Model: An individual who produces or performs adult content distributed via the Platform.

Studio: A legal entity or individual responsible for managing or coordinating one or more Models.

Member: Any end-user who accesses, watches, interacts with, or purchases content or services.

Services: All digital features, including live broadcasts, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content delivery.

Digital Service: An electronically delivered service consumed in real time or near real time, including interactive sessions.

Content: Any audiovisual, textual, or interactive materials available on the Platform.

Jurisdiction: The legal area whose laws govern the User based on location or residence.

These definitions are to be interpreted broadly to ensure legal consistency and enforcement.

2. PLATFORM NATURE (LEGAL POSITIONING)

Cameralux functions solely as a technology platform providing infrastructure and tools enabling consenting adult Users to interact.

The Platform does not create, control, or edit content. All content is independently generated by Users.

The Company does not:

  • Employ Performers
  • Control the content of performances
  • Guarantee User satisfaction
  • Serve as a legal intermediary

This distinction is crucial and interpreted strictly in any dispute or legal process.

Users understand and accept that all interactions are at their own risk.

11. PERFORMER STATUS AND LEGAL INDEPENDENCE (FULL)

All content providers on Cameralux (the “Performers”) operate as independent contractors. This is a key term of this Agreement and must be strictly interpreted in all legal and commercial contexts.

This Agreement or any conduct does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationships between Cameralux and Performers. Performers are not employees and do not receive employee benefits or protections under any jurisdiction.

Performers explicitly acknowledge they:

  • Control how, when, and what they perform;
  • Set their own schedules and content style;
  • Use their own equipment and spaces;
  • May work on other platforms or businesses as allowed;
  • Assume all commercial risks of their activities.

The Company does not oversee or control performance details. Platform tools are optional and do not imply control rights.

This clause is interpreted to preserve Performers’ independent contractor status to the fullest legal extent.

12. PERFORMER CATEGORIES (A / B / C STRUCTURE)

For clarity and responsibility allocation, Cameralux classifies Performers into:

  • Category A – Independent Model: operates solo without studio management;
  • Category B – Studio: entity or person managing one or more Models;
  • Category C – Studio Model: individual under a Studio’s management.

Each category has distinct rights and obligations. The Company may assign categories based on actual relationships.

13. CATEGORY A – INDEPENDENT MODEL (FULL RESPONSIBILITY)

An Independent Model registers directly with Cameralux and operates without any Studio involvement. The Model fully manages their Platform activity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing content;
  • Setting prices and service offers;
  • Communicating with Members;
  • Ensuring legal compliance (content, tax, consumer laws);
  • Keeping required records (age, consent).

The Model guarantees they:

  • Are at least 18 and legally capable;
  • Act voluntarily;
  • Own rights to their content;
  • Will not engage in prohibited conduct.

Financial and Tax Duties:

The Model is solely responsible for tax obligations on earnings, including:

  • Income tax filing and payment;
  • GST/HST or equivalent taxes;
  • Self-employment taxes;
  • Proper invoicing and record keeping.

Jurisdiction Examples (non-exhaustive):

  • Canada: Models are typically self-employed and must report income to CRA;
  • EU: VAT may apply depending on thresholds and supply rules;
  • Brazil: Income tax or MEI regimes may apply;
  • United States: Models treated as independent contractors for taxes.

The Company does not offer tax advice and disclaims responsibility for tax compliance.

14. CATEGORY B – STUDIO (MANAGEMENT AND LIABILITY)

A Studio is a legal entity or person managing Models and serves as the primary contact with Cameralux for those Models.

The Studio is fully responsible for:

  • Recruiting and managing Models;
  • Verifying identity and age;
  • Ensuring voluntary and lawful participation;
  • Complying with labor, tax, and regulatory laws;
  • Maintaining required records (consent, IDs).

The Studio guarantees:

  • All Models are at least 18;
  • No coercion or trafficking;
  • All necessary consents are documented;
  • Operations comply with laws.

Liability:

The Studio alone is liable for its Models’ acts and omissions. Cameralux is not responsible for:

  • Payments from Studio to Models;
  • Disputes within the Studio;
  • Labor law compliance.

Payments:

  • Cameralux pays the Studio;
  • The Studio pays its Models;
  • Cameralux does not oversee internal payments.

15. CATEGORY C – STUDIO MODEL (DERIVED RELATIONSHIP)

A Studio Model works under Studio supervision. They acknowledge:

  • Their contract is with the Studio, not Cameralux;
  • Cameralux is not employer or agent;
  • All payment and contract issues are handled by the Studio.

Studio Models remain responsible for following Platform rules and laws.

16. CONTENT WARRANTIES AND CONSENT (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)

Performers guarantee that:

  • All content is made with full, informed, voluntary consent;
  • No minors are involved;
  • No coercion or exploitation;
  • All participants can legally consent;
  • Content complies with laws.

Performers must keep verifiable consent records and provide them upon request.

Violations lead to immediate termination and legal reporting.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (EU-COMPLIANT)

Performers keep ownership of their content but grant Cameralux a license to:

  • Host, store, and transmit content;
  • Display and stream to Members;
  • Use content for Platform promotion and operation.

This license is:

  • Non-exclusive;
  • Worldwide;
  • Royalty-free;
  • Transferable to service providers as needed.

This license does not transfer ownership. Moral rights are respected under EU law where applicable.

18. CONTENT MODERATION AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

Cameralux reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or block content violating this Agreement or laws, without prior notice if necessary to protect Users, Platform integrity, or legal compliance.

The Company is not required to monitor content beyond legal mandates.

19. PERFORMER EARNINGS AND PAYMENT PRINCIPLES

Earnings come from Member payments for services. Amounts depend on demand, pricing, and activity.

Performers acknowledge:

  • No guaranteed income;
  • Payment timing can vary;
  • Third-party processors may affect timing.

Cameralux does not guarantee minimum earnings.

20. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The Platform enforces strict anti-fraud rules. Prohibited actions include:

  • Artificially inflating traffic or earnings;
  • Using bots or automation;
  • Manipulating payment systems;
  • Collusion.

Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and financial recovery.

21. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Cameralux may suspend or terminate accounts with evidence of:

  • Agreement breaches;
  • Fraud or abuse;
  • Legal or regulatory risks.

Actions may be immediate and without prior notice.

22. DATA PROTECTION FOR PERFORMERS

Performer data is handled per applicable privacy laws.

Data includes:

  • Identity verification;
  • Payment information;
  • Activity logs.

Data is processed only for legitimate purposes and safeguarded appropriately.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PERFORMER CONTEXT)

Cameralux is not liable for:

  • Lost earnings;
  • Business interruptions;
  • Third-party disputes.

This does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.

24. FINAL PERFORMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using the Platform, Performers agree that:

  • They operate independently;
  • They take full legal responsibility;
  • They accept inherent digital platform risks.

This Agreement fully governs the relationship between Performer and Cameralux.

25. PAYMENT FRAMEWORK AND DIGITAL TOKEN SYSTEM

Cameralux uses a closed digital token system to securely and compliantly facilitate transactions between Members and Performers.

Members buy digital tokens via approved payment methods instead of purchasing content directly. Tokens are then used to access Performers’ services.

Tokens are not currency, electronic money, stored value, or financial instruments. They give a limited, non-transferable right to access Platform services.

Tokens have no value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Company may change the token system, pricing, or exchange rates anytime, without affecting already purchased tokens.

26. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

Cameralux partners with multiple payment providers to ensure worldwide coverage and regulatory compliance.

Providers include, but are not limited to:

  • CCBill: global card processing, subscription handling, adult industry compliance;
  • PayGarden: alternative payments such as gift cards;
  • CoinPayments: crypto and blockchain transactions;
  • PagSeguro and WePayments: Brazil-specific payment systems including PIX.

Each provider operates independently under its own regulations, including:

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) checks;
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance;
  • Fraud detection;
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting.

Cameralux does not control payment providers’ compliance decisions.

Delays, checks, or reversals may occur per provider rules and risk assessments.

27A. PAYMENT FLOW EXAMPLES

  • Member buys tokens;
  • Member joins live show;
  • Tokens deducted live;
  • Tokens convert to Performer earnings.

Example 2 – Subscription:

  • Member subscribes via CCBill;
  • Recurring billing starts;
  • Access granted immediately;
  • Charges repeat automatically.

Example 3 – Cryptocurrency:

  • Member sends crypto;
  • Blockchain confirms;
  • Tokens issued;
  • No reversals possible.

28. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

Subscriptions may be offered and billed automatically.

Members understand:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before billing date;
  • Billing cycles depend on payment provider;
  • Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled.

  • Failing to cancel before renewal results in charges;
  • No refunds for unused time;
  • Inactive accounts do not halt billing.

29. REFUND POLICY

Services are digital and consumed instantly, so transactions generally cannot be refunded after delivery.

Refunds are not given for:

37. COMPANY COMMITMENT AND FINAL WORD

Cameralux is dedicated to maintaining a safe, compliant, and responsible digital platform that enables lawful adult interactions worldwide. The Company regularly updates policies, systems, and practices to meet evolving legal standards, industry norms, and technology.

Robust compliance tools like age checks, fraud prevention, data protection, and payment security uphold trust, transparency, and integrity.

Cameralux clearly distinguishes its role as a tech provider from the independent activities of Users and Performers. This distinction ensures legal clarity, operational efficiency, and proper responsibility allocation.

Users and Performers must act in good faith, obey laws, and follow this Agreement. Misuse or violations threaten Platform integrity and may lead to enforcement actions.

By continuing to use Cameralux, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept this entire Agreement, including all policies and responsibilities.

This Agreement is the full and exclusive statement governing your Platform use, replacing all prior agreements.

If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as broadly as possible, with all other terms remaining effective.

Cameralux reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
