IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF LEGAL MAJORITY IN YOUR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY TO ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY GOLD SHOW ON CAMERALUX.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH VERSION. IN CASE OF ANY TRANSLATION DISCREPANCIES, THE ENGLISH TEXT WILL PREVAIL.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Performance – Expanded Guidelines)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, limited-time group performance hosted by an independent Model using the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows let multiple viewers pool a set amount of tokens or tokens to enjoy an exclusive live session together.

Cameralux acts solely as a tech platform and does not provide or control the Models’ content, performances, or behaviour.

1. The Nature of Gold Shows

  • Entertainment-driven and inherently subjective
  • Models act as independent contractors
  • No promise of specific actions or results
  • User enjoyment varies and is personal

Dissatisfaction based on personal taste does not qualify for refunds.

2. Show Setup

  • Performance overview (for reference only)
  • Overall funding target
  • Minimum contribution amount
  • Duration and countdown timer

Models maintain full authority over how the show unfolds.

3. Before the Show

  • Users can pledge contributions in advance
  • No obligation for the Model to perform before the show starts

If the funding goal isn’t met, the Model may cancel → full refunds will be issued.

4. Show Launch and Participation

  • Access granted to users who paid
  • Participation in a shared group setting

5. Late Entry Policy

  • Full price applies regardless of when you join
  • No partial or prorated access
  • No refunds for joining late

6. Disconnection

  • Reconnection allowed when possible
  • No refunds for issues on the user’s end
  • Technical glitches on the platform may be reviewed

7. Tipping

  • Optional and at your discretion
  • No obligation to tip
  • Tips are non-refundable under any circumstance

8. Partial Attendance

  • Leaving early → no refund
  • Model cutting the show short → may be considered for refund

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid live digital experiences. Once underway, the service is deemed delivered.

Basic Rule

  • All payments are final once access is granted
  • Refunds only for objective, verifiable reasons
  • Personal dissatisfaction does not qualify

Full Refunds

  • Show cancelled before it begins → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

  • Early termination of the show
  • Platform technical failures

Refunds may be prorated based on unused show time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Late entry participation
  • User leaving before show ends
  • Issues with user’s device or internet
  • Unhappiness with the performance
  • Tips and extra payments

Technical Issues

  • Server or platform problems → eligible for refund
  • User-side problems → not eligible

Jurisdiction Notes

EU / UK:

  • User consents to immediate service delivery
  • Right of withdrawal is waived once show starts

Brazil:

  • Right to cancel applies only before show begins

Canada:

  • Refunds limited to technical or billing errors

10. Content Disclaimer

  • Descriptions are for guidance only
  • Models maintain creative control
  • No guarantee of particular acts or outcomes

11. Recorded Content

Purchases of recorded content are final and non-refundable.

12. Fraud and Misuse

  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Chargebacks after participation
  • Manipulating the system

Consequences include:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

  • Must contact Cameralux prior to disputing charges
  • Chargebacks may result in suspension
  • User liable for associated fees

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws apply and override where relevant.

15. Liability Limitations

  • No liability for behaviour of Models
  • No liability for user dissatisfaction
  • No liability for external technical problems

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

16. Final Agreement

By joining a Gold Show, users agree to these terms.

Note: Models are not required to fulfill every request.
