Guidelines for Privacy, Payments, and Live Streaming

1. PLATFORM ROLE & LEGAL STATUS

CameraLux operates as a worldwide tech platform empowering independent adult content creators (“Models”) to stream live shows to consenting viewers.

CameraLux does not create, direct, or control content.
All content is generated by independent third-party Models.
Models function as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of CameraLux.
CameraLux acts as a neutral hosting service provider under applicable laws.

2. AGE VERIFICATION & ADULT ACCESS

All Models must be 19 years or older and pass thorough identity verification.
Verification involves:
- Government-issued ID
- Facial recognition and liveness checks
- Continuous compliance monitoring
Viewers must confirm they are 19+ or of legal age in their province or territory.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Request extra verification at any time
Restrict or block access based on location or legal requirements

3. GENERAL CONDUCT – PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

3.1 Privacy & Security

Models must never share personal contact details, such as emails, phone numbers, messengers, home addresses, or social handles.
Promotion or linking to outside platforms or services not affiliated with CameraLux is strictly forbidden.
Models cannot organize or accept in-person meetups with viewers under any circumstances.
Soliciting prostitution, escort services, or any form of offline arrangements is strictly banned.
Use, display, or promotion of illegal substances, or streaming while visibly intoxicated, is prohibited.

3.2 Off-Site Payments – Absolutely Forbidden

Models must not request or accept payments outside CameraLux, including:

Interac e-Transfers
PayPal
Cash App
Western Union
Gift cards
Bank deposits
Any other third-party or alternative payment methods

Violating this will lead to immediate penalties, such as:

Permanent suspension of account
Confiscation of all earnings and tokens

4. ON-CAMERA BEHAVIOUR & STREAMING RULES

Models may only broadcast from one account at a time. Sharing or reusing accounts is strictly disallowed.
The registered account owner must be clearly visible on camera at all times.
All streams must be 100% live. Pre-recorded, looped, or fake-live content is forbidden.
Microphones must stay on and unmuted throughout broadcasts.

⚠️ CamScore & Performance Tracking

CameraLux uses internal ranking and visibility tools (like CamScore) to assess performance.
Failing to meet platform standards (audio quality, activity, viewer engagement) may result in:
- Lower visibility
- Dropping in rankings
- Fewer earning chances
Models must use correct tags and categories; misleading labels may lead to sanctions.
Public streams must be paused before starting any Private or Exclusive sessions.
“BRB”, “Starting Soon”, or idle screens are strictly banned.
Only verified and approved persons linked to the account may appear on camera.
Presence of unauthorized people is forbidden and may cause immediate suspension.
CameraLux might require live face verification at any moment. Refusing will interrupt the stream and may lead to penalties.
Profile pictures and cover images must avoid explicit nudity. Private parts must be covered.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & EARNINGS

Models must register and operate a personal account. Account sharing or transferring is prohibited.
Earnings are subject to a rolling 180-day reserve hold, including protection against chargebacks.
Pricing for private or exclusive shows can be adjusted anytime.
Models are responsible for maintaining consistent, professional, and compliant activity.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Suspend or deactivate accounts that are:
- Inactive
- Inconsistent
- Commercially unviable
Models may block users who harass or behave inappropriately.

6. ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS

Strictly banned activities include:

Hateful, abusive, or misleading usernames
Any references to minors, terrorism, incest, or rival platforms
Harassment, scams, or abusive behaviour
Failing to deliver promised services after payment

⚠️ Platform Exceptions

Platform-approved features (e.g., Epic Goals) are the only allowed fundraising methods.
Off-platform revenue sharing or payment splits
Advertising or linking to:
- Competing cam platforms
- Subscription or content-selling sites
- Personal payment services
- Unauthorized fundraising sites
Wearing apparel featuring competitor branding or other adult platforms
Spamming, QR code misuse, or manipulative tactics

⚠️ Fraud & Manipulation

Use of bots, fake traffic, or artificial engagement is strictly forbidden.
Faking interactive devices (e.g., fake tip-responsive toys) counts as fraud.
Attempts to manipulate rankings, CamScore, or viewer behaviour will be penalized.
Advertising in other Models’ chat rooms
Sharing referral links or pushing re-registration
Trying to imitate the platform UI or disrupt features

7. DUTY TO REPORT VIOLATIONS

Models must immediately report any forbidden or suspicious activity.
Not reporting known violations can itself lead to sanctions.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOUR (GLOBAL)

Strictly banned worldwide:

Any content involving minors (real or simulated)
Non-consensual acts or coercion
Incest or family-roleplay
Bestiality
Violence or exploitation
Sleeping, unconsciousness, or drugged play-acting
Selling physical goods or personal items
Showing weapons or realistic replicas

9. CANADIAN COMPLIANCE

CameraLux complies with Canadian laws on adult content, including:

Strict identity verification
Secure record-keeping
Records available upon valid legal request

Additional safeguards:

Provincial age verification compliance
Geo-blocking where required

10. UNITED KINGDOM COMPLIANCE

Aligned with the Online Safety Act 2023:

Robust age verification systems
Prevention of minor access
Fast removal of illegal content
Risk mitigation and reporting processes

11. EUROPEAN UNION COMPLIANCE

CameraLux adheres to the Digital Services Act:

13. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Is not liable for actions by Models or users
Acts as a neutral intermediary

No promises on:

Availability
Accuracy
Reliability

13.3 User Responsibility

Users and Models:

Are fully accountable for their actions
Must comply with all applicable laws
Assume all risks involved

14. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

Violations may lead to:

Immediate stream disconnection
Temporary suspension
Permanent account ban
Withholding of earnings and tokens

CameraLux may:

Remove content without prior notice
Terminate accounts immediately
Reject or deactivate non-compliant users

Repeated violations or multiple complaints will result in permanent expulsion from the platform.
