4. DEFINITION OF SPAM
“Spam” means any unsolicited, unauthorized, or misleading communication sent for commercial gain without prior clear and verifiable consent.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Mass email blasts sent without permission
- Messages sent via social media, forums, or chat platforms
- Using purchased or scraped contact lists
- Fraudulent or deceptive advertising
Consent Requirements

If you receive emails from third parties connected to this site, please notify us through the contact form. Include the original email in your report so our Abuse Team can investigate promptly.
16. LEGAL ESCALATION
Serious violations may be reported to legal authorities and could lead to civil or criminal proceedings.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
