4. DEFINITION OF SPAM

“Spam” means any unsolicited, unauthorized, or misleading communication sent for commercial gain without prior clear and verifiable consent.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Mass email blasts sent without permission
  • Messages sent via social media, forums, or chat platforms
  • Using purchased or scraped contact lists
  • Fraudulent or deceptive advertising

Consent Requirements

Valid consent must be:

5. TRANSACTIONAL VS MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

All users and affiliates must:

Failure to provide evidence will be treated as a violation.

10. ENFORCEMENT AND SANCTIONS

All actions may be taken without prior warning.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Violations lead to immediate account termination.

15. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING

In serious cases, our Legal Team is involved. Please report any Email/Spam related to this site via our contact form

If you receive emails from third parties connected to this site, please notify us through the contact form. Include the original email in your report so our Abuse Team can investigate promptly.

16. LEGAL ESCALATION

Serious violations may be reported to legal authorities and could lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
